We take pride in the quality and character of our fragrances. However, if you’re not entirely satisfied, we offer a 7-Day Exchange Guarantee to ensure your experience remains delightful.

Exchange Policy
• If you’re not happy with the fragrance you received, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are eligible for lightly tested perfumes only, with at least 95% content intact, and returned in original packaging.

One-Time Exchange Only
• One exchange is permitted per order. Once exchanged, the product becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns in Case of Damage
• If your order arrives leaking or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photo/video evidence. We will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Proof of Purchase Required
• Kindly retain your invoice or order confirmation. A valid proof of purchase is necessary to process exchanges or returns.
