Exchange Policy

•If you’re not happy with the fragrance you received, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

•Exchanges are eligible for lightly tested perfumes only, with at least 95% content intact, and returned in original packaging.

 

One-Time Exchange Only

•One exchange is permitted per order. Once exchanged, the product becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Returns in Case of Damage

•If your order arrives leaking or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photo/video evidence. We will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Proof of Purchase Required

•Kindly retain your invoice or order confirmation. A valid proof of purchase is necessary to process exchanges or returns.
